It is the consumer of the Shinpou Shinpou no Mi and as a result of such Aronne is fully capable of reloading it simply by utilizing his Shuuji Shuuji no Mi to make his target believe it is loaded. Not only that, but Aronne can also bestow just about any property he desires onto the bullets fired by it through the very same method that he utilizes to reload. However, it should be noted that utterly ridiculous properties will be almost impossible to justify to the target. ESPECIALLY if the target is knowledgeable of firearms. It should also be noted that most, if not all, of its features are a direct result of Aronne using the Shuuji Shuuji no Mi to make himself believe that it has such features. Thus whenever it is in the hands of anyone but Aronne, it quickly becomes a much less impressive firearm.
