Snow's debut came in 1951, when he competed at Daytona Beach. It was an impressive day for Snow, who started 9th place in the field, stayed up front all day, and finished 6th. Things weren't too bad in his other race that year either. Starting 35th at Detroit, Snow fell twenty-eight laps down and drove to a solid 21st place finish.

Snow didn't return to action until 1969, when he competed at Talladega, competing in the inaugural event at the track. Starting 10th in the field of thirty-six, Snow only lasted two laps before frame issues left him 33rd.
