| abstract | - Jroven are a reptilian species native to the planet Jroven in the Nymean Ascendancy. Despite being reptilian, they are warm blooded and have no tails. There are around 8.5 billion Jroven in the Galaxy scattered mainly over four planets. Their anatomy and abilities are similar to Trandoshans or Barabels. They are strong compared to humans, but would find an equal in either of those species. They are typically tall averaging around two and a half meters and weigh around two hundred kilograms. Their shiny black scales cover them and protect them from heat, but do not protect against energy weapons like Barabel scales do. They are capable of seeing into the infrared and ultraviolet and can smell far better than humans. Unlike many reptilian species, they cannot regenerate limbs nor do they shed their scales.
