Stations could go to any planet and torture the civilians on the planet by increasing the gravity planet wide or simply firing the Holy Cannon directly into the planet core. While the M.O.S. Stations where the main weapon of the Imperial Dynasty, they were originally built by the Galactic Republic as a weapon to scare the building Sith armies before the Surrender at Mimban. By the end of the New Civil War only three M.O.S. Stations were built and only the last two were finished. M.O.S. I was abandoned after the Holy Cannon core malfunctioned and caused a complete meltdown, while M.O.S. II and III were finished and destroyed by the Rebellion.
