  • This character is one of several villains who appears in the background of various scenes in several episodes of The Venture Bros. but who as of yet has had no lines nor has had his name or background revealed. This villain was first seen in the episode Fallen Arches where he appeared in the Guildformation film, the Perils of Unlicensed Aggression, where he demonstrated what a mismatch of power can look at when he fought against Midnight Star. He also attended the wedding of the Monarch and Dr. Mrs. the Monarch and helped rebuild the Cocoon after they were approved for duoship by the Guild of the Calamitous Intent. He has also been seen talking with Omega-Ape at the bar of Don Hell. This villain may be of some age, as Colonel Gentleman experienced a hallucination of him in 1978 when M.U.T.H.E.R. tried to kill the Original Team Venture with a fear inducing hallucinogenic gas. In the hallucination, the rat-themed villain attempted to give Gentleman a blow-job but caused Gentleman to panic and violently scratch the walls. Despite any advanced age, this ratty villain still seems active, as he is among the supervillains addressed by the (partially) restored Council of 13 after the death of the Sovereign. This rat-themed villain seems to have some sort of working relation with the Alien Villain likely in a subordinate role, as the latter one of the henchpersons kidnapped by Henchman Zero along with many other henchpeople. Later, they are reunited and emotionally embrace each other, possibly reflecting a relationship that is more than professional.
