Once the protagonists and villains become self-aware of this, they do everything in their power to prevent the world, and by default the show, from ending. They initially fail, but the god showed them mercy and granted them a second chance albeit to prevent the villains from gaining his power to reshape their reality.

The Delusion World also seems to somehow affect the events of this reality. For example, an event caused all the Super Sentai seasons to disappear from existence and thus "Powerful Rangers" became an inversion of how the relationship between Super Sentai and Power Rangers works in the actual real world: with the American version being the original and the Japanese version being the adaptation (albeit that the Japanese version resulted in a lawsuit with the owners and was shut down).
