Prior to iLab, Sertoglu co-founded Mondus[8], a Turkish social networking platform. In 2000, Sertoglu co-founded SelectMinds[9], a New York-based provider of enterprise social networking software. He served as its CEO until 2005. He holds a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
