He lights a fire and sees a large skeleton in a stone throne with a sword in its lap. Conan takes the sword. Suddenly, the skeleton rises and lumbers towards the barbarian, who defends himself, rather unsuccessfuly, with the sword, as even chopped off limbs attack. Conan manages to kick the monster into the fire and as the morning comes, he sets off with his new sword.
