  • Once the jutsu has been activated, the user can select from many ways of torment for the target. The effects of this jutsu can be split up to three phases. 1. * Phase One: Painful Death (位相一・痛い死に Isou Ichi: Itaishini) - Phase One uses the pains from ways of death meant to be especially painful bodily. Being exposed to Phase One can make the target fall unconcious and weak for a certain amount of time. 2. * Phase Two: Lonely Death (位相二・寂しい死に, Isou Ni: Sabishi'i Shini) - Phase Two simulates the effect of dying alone and thus projects mental pain as well as physical. Exposure to Phase Two can lead to certain amount of mental damage for the target. 3. * Phase Three: Empty Death (位相三・空き死に, Isou San: Akishini) - Phase Three takes the effects of the two previous phases even further.
