  • Castle Wolfenstein
rdfs:comment
  • Castle Wolfenstein (German: Schloss Wolfenstein) is the setting of Castle Wolfenstein, Wolfenstein 3D, Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Wolfenstein: The Old Blood. The game series is named after it. It does not appear in the 2009 Wolfenstein, though the city of Isenstadt has a Castle of its own.
  • Castle Wolfenstein is the fourth secret level in Alternate Earth created by Pouncer. The level is mostly based on the original Wolfenstein 3D with no direct references to Adolf Hitler or Nazis. The area begins in the dungeon, where the player must navigate past troops and out onto the castle barricades. From there, they must head into the last area, which takes place in a crypt which is inspired by the crypt level in Return to Castle Wolfenstein. After that is a straight hallway run past a Birdo to the exit. Due to the maze-like nature of the stage, almost all the areas require the use of a key to continue through locked gates, either held by enemies or lying around somewhere.

The enemies will include Guards, SS Guards, Mutants, and Guard Dogs that can be picked up SMB2 style. A WOLF3D boss is unlikely due to the boss sprites being front-view only.
