Yes well, it is kind of obvious, isn't it? This whole happening is supposed to be in my intro BUT DAMN IF I CAN GET THE THING DONE. ARGH. Anyway, long story short, Kay and Gala [in the intro] are basically on their way to try and stop Seraphis from physically manifesting altogether. Unfortunately, no thanks to Kay's slacking, they arrived too late to perform the whole ritual, and basically only prevented Seraphis from FULLY materializing. Thus, no arms. Tada. ANYWAY, NOW THE COOL SHIT: This scarf is of course magical. It has the ability to move independently, and change it's density. All things considered, This can allow Seraphis the use of arms, wings, blades, hammers, use your imagination. This scarf was actually part of my initial design of Seraphis, and simply served as a set of wings for her at that point.
