During the 8th Urklathan Great War, a battle took place just outside of here in what used to be part of the Thrikwood. The Great Battle of the Thrikwood killed over 100,000 soldiers, and destroyed more than half of the haunted forest. The Denek Confederacy, Millionminds Alliance, and Kroloknath Company met here shortly after the war's end to attempt to make peace with the Thrikshaar. The Thrikshaar then mounted a successful guerilla war which the three great powers were unwilling to retaliate to. The Deneks decided to leave the Thrikshaar after a month of fighting, but not before making a show of force by blowing up a far bomb in space at night above the Thrikwood. This scared the Thrikshaar, and made them an ever-more reclusive species.
