Super Saiyan 5 almost transforms the person into a Godly figure that cannot be stopped, but transforming could lead to death of the person who transforms because of your body sustaining the mental power. Goku turns Super Saiyan 5 after Gohan and Vegeta being absorbed by Gogetan to make a more powerful being which then Goku goes mad and with complete anger he transforms. When Goku finally controls the Super Saiyan 5 power, the Energy that flows around him becomes pact inside his body and will be used when he is on his last breath that revitalises him. He controls the power during the fight with the evil namek god Sedek. This makes Goku even more powerful because he can use the chaos at will and he no longer has a chance of dying from it. The power causes natural disasters like the destruction of galaxies if not controlled right away and it seems goku had the power to control it.
