  • Peter Morris (born June 29, 1955 in Edmonton, Alberta) is a retired Canadian left winger who played 78 games for the Edmonton Oilers of the World Hockey Association (WHA). He played junior hockey for the Victoria Cougars from 1972 to 1975. The Pittsburgh Penguins chose him 103rd overall in the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft while the Edmonton Oilers picked him 21st overall in the 1975 WHA Amateur Draft. Morris opted for the hometown Oilers. He finished off his career with the Spokane Flyers in 1977-78 and 1978-79 and retired in 1979.

The Pittsburgh Penguins chose him 103rd overall in the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft while the Edmonton Oilers picked him 21st overall in the 1975 WHA Amateur Draft. Morris opted for the hometown Oilers. Morris played 75 games for the Oilers in 1975-76, scoring 7 goals and 13 assists. The next season he got into only 3 games and was held scoreless. He played for the Springfield Indians the rest of the season. He finished off his career with the Spokane Flyers in 1977-78 and 1978-79 and retired in 1979.
