Holaday was an expert in animation lip syncing, working in the role on many animated projects besides The Simpsons, including Futurama, King of the Hill, The Critic, Rugrats, The Ren & Stimpy Show, Captain Planet and the Planeteers and others. He also worked in the animation department on films such as Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988), Aladdin (1992), The Lion King (1994) and Tarzan (1999). He died from a thyroid condition in 2001, aged 49.
