- The Reaper (born June 15, 1965) is a caw professional wrestler currently under contract with Wrestling Franchise Federation on their Extreme Circuit Wrestling brand. The Reaper jumped onto the wrestling scene at a very young age. He joined World Wrestling Federation at the time in 1999.

- The Reaper was a Halloween legendary combat.
- It has a humanoid shape, but appears nothing more than a living shadow capable of appearing and dematerialising at will. Despite looking non corporeal, it was able to grab and tried to choke Sally during their encounter. A face can be briefly seen in the swirling black mass when it confronts Sally, who had become trapped in a body she possessed for too long. In his human form he appeared a dark haired young man in a black suit.
- The Reaper, born Shepard Sears and designated Spartan-A294, was a Spartan-III commando turned terrorist and the only survivor of Operation: PROMETHEUS. After surviving the Covenant counter-offensive that wiped out the rest of Alpha company, he spent a significant amount of time behind enemy lines and was believed by the UNSC to have died along with the rest of his company. His experiences during this time period heightened the hatred he already bore towards the Covenant, specifically the Sangheili who led its military forces. Following the end of the war and the establishment of an official peace between humans and Sangheili, Shepard became convinced that the Sangheili needed to be completely wiped out to ensure that humanity was never dominated by an alien power ever again.
- The Reaper of the Persona series has several features that distinguish it from other "grim reapers" in popular culture. The Reaper, instead of carrying a gigantic scythe, wields two long-barrel revolvers. Its face is shrouded in a blood-stained cloth sack, with only one ominous white eye to see its surroundings. It wears two long chains across its left and right shoulders, forming a cross.
- The REAPER is a fitness test designed to gauge athleticism. It was created by Fatal Fitness, a cross-training-specific website. The REAPER consists of the 8 events Fatal Fitness believes are essential to an accurate gauge of fitness: vertical leap, sit-and-reach flexibility test, pullups, pushups, situps, 3-mile run, dips, and a 1500m swim. The REAPER is an acronym for Really Elite Athletic Performance Enhancement. Really.
- The Reaper is a Phobophage. It first appears in Proven Guilty.
- The Reaper is a special type of Ghouly and his role is to provide a consequence for Cooper when he breaks a rule.
- The Reaper was an abandoned and retired dragon hunting ship that appears in DreamWorks Dragons: Race to the Edge. It is found in the Ship Graveyard. It contained the Dragon Eye and also had dragon bones in its cages. The ship has a sail with two daggers symbolizing it. It was owned by the Dragon Hunters before it wrecked in the Ship's Graveyard.
- Judson Caspian is a socialite by day, and a vigilante by night. After losing his wife to a robber in the streets, he becomes The Reaper, who prowled Gotham City during the 1950s, murdering juvenile delinquents by impaling them with a scythe. His murder spree prompted Alan Scott to briefly emerge from retirement to confront him as Green Lantern. Vastly overpowered during an encounter between the two, the Reaper lashed out in a panic with his nunchaku and, by happenstance, struck Green Lantern, whose force-field was vulnerable to the wooden weapons. The Reaper subsequently moved to Europe.

After losing a fight with the Reaper, Batman was forced to join forces with Joe Chill, the man who killed his parents. Having been assigned by the Gotham mob to kill both the Reaper and Batman when he had finished, Chill hunts the Reaper alongside Batman. After revealing his identity to Chill and putting a gun to his head, Batman's revenge was taken by the Reaper, who shoots Chill in the head. The Reaper engages Batman in a fierce battle, losing; the Dark Knight leaves him hanging from the scaffolding of a building under construction, and unmasks him. Batman, who had intended to marry Caspian's daughter Rachel, was shocked, and holds out his hand to help the Reaper. However, Caspian, who knows what charges he is up against, tells Batman that he will make a fine successor, and lets go of the ledge, plummeting to his death. After being exposed as the Reaper, Caspian is given a funeral funded by Bruce Wayne, who says that he deserves a peaceful death. Rachel, who was initially unaware of her father's crimes, becomes a nun after Caspian's life as the Reaper is exposed.
