  • Jeff (James Walker) is a bonafide moron. In the first film, "Geometric Dilemmas," Jeff must recapture a geometry workshop from an evil group of class-cutters called "The Skippers." In the second film, "Romantic Dilemmas," Jeff meets a beautiful girl who just moved next door to him. He and his best friend Brad (Brad Crafton) vie for her affections with disastrous results - running into the town's resident looney "Psycho Bob" (Gregg Rautine).
