| abstract | - Lauren Drummond (born 23rd December 1987 in Cheadle) appeared on Coronation Street as teenager Christie Wells, staying at the Derbyshire campsite where the Croppers, Platts and Websters holidayed in July 2001. She attended Bramhall High School and then went on to study Performing Arts at Mid Cheshire College. Her credits include roles in Grange Hill, Heartbeat, Blue Murder, Waterloo Road, Harley Street, Casualty, The Royal and Holby City, along with the short films Life's a Bitch, Desire and Be Gentle. On stage she has appeared in productions of If I Were You, Billy Liar, Dangerous Corner and The Ancient Secret of Youth and the Five Tibetans.
