He was born on an unknown forest planet near Calpankton in the Calpankton system. KeKe was later found by a Katperial patrol and was taken to Csilla, deep in the Unknown Regions.

BUT THE COLOR FONT IS NOW FIXED and ttly back now yay. It's still Kartika though. NOPE IT'S BROKEN AGAIN. fml The font is now called Kentucky Fried Chicken (trufax). And still pink.

He became part of the Kat Armada and later took the throne around 4 BBY. After that, the Katpire thrived under his rule. The military grew especially. Soon after that, KeKe and other diplomats went to Bastion II to negotiate with the Catpire. The two empires became the Twin Empire, and KeKe was known as InterGalactic Cat Emperor. He had command over every cat in the galaxy, due to the Cat Code Rule 125, Section V. It states that every cat is commanded by the ruler of the biggest cat organization. KeKe was a general in the Yuuzhan Vong Invasion. He hacked New Republic systems to learn the Yuuzhan Vong movements and positioned his troops at estimated targeted planets. His estimations were usually correct, which made New Republic and Imperial generals envy him. KeKe later started an assassin organization called the Kat Mafia. The group was later named Katperial Intelligence.
