Bien que rapide, l'intervention de la DB10 est sportive dans le film : après avoir "emprunté" la voiture dans le garage du MI6, James Bond se rend à Rome pour assister à la réunion de l'organisation criminelle SPECTRE. Découvert par la suite, il s'enfuit à bord de la voiture dans Rome poursuivi par M. Hinx dans sa Jaguar c-x75.
