| abstract | - Wullow was an old otter who lived alone near the coast, and the uncle of Dorka and Jum Gurdy. He told Jum of Razzid Wearat's first defeat at the hands of his relative Skor Axehound and the Rogue Crew, and was a friend of the sea otters. One night while Wullow was sleeping, Razzid Wearat and his crew happened across his camp. Having developed a strong hatred of otters since their last encounter with them, Razzid and his cronies brutally tortured the defenseless oldbeast to death. Specifically what was done to Wullow is not known, but it is implied that the vermin either burned him alive or burned his body after torturing him. His remains were discovered and buried by the hares of the Long Patrol, and Jum avenged him by helping to slay Razzid. Wullow was a minor character; little else is known about him.
