Mrs. Romack, 42, of Baldwin Borough, is a homemaker and former teacher. The other election last night was of Sabatino "Sam" DiNardo, 46, of Baldwin Borough, to replace John Egger, who resigned effective Jan. 25, 2011. Mr. DiNardo, the husband of Ms. Sciulli DiNardo, is the financial secretary and treasurer of Local 85, Amalgamated Transit Union. Both new members will serve until the November 2011 election.
