  • __NOWYSIWYG__ In The Spirit of Competition, dining at Narook's Seaweed Noodlery, the Wolfbats and their fangirls are all in frame after Korra calls Naga through a window. In this frame, each character of the aforementioned group moves enough to see, from differently lit aspects, various shades of their eye colors. I think the characters' (except Korra's) eye colors are the same and their pages should be edited to reflect that they all generally have a light gray eye color. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Slaphappyjoy (wall • contribs) 20:11, December 29, 2015‎ (UTC)

After reviewing, Shaozu's eyes appear light brown to me. In his initial scene, they are even stark blue, but over Naga growls at the team, they are light brown. This image shows the teams eyes the best, which shows that while they all have rather light eyes, they are not the same color and Shaozu's are the closer to light brown than anything else. 20:36, December 29, 2015 (UTC) I pointed out that various shades of eye color are observed, because animating through various scenes results in slightly different character coloring. More than one image from more than one aspect is needed to determine an average eye color. I should also point out that characters' scenes, in which they wear Pro Bending helmets, considerably distort their eye color. [1], [2], [3], [4]. Here are four more examples of the group in the restaurant. The first is Shaozu's initial scene; his eye color doesn't look blue at all. The second, third, and fourth images all show him having a very distinct light gray eye color, especially in the third and fourth images and when compared to a proximal character. When continuously comparing through proxy, each character's eye color on average looks light gray. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Slaphappyjoy (wall • contribs) 22:32, December 29, 2015‎ (UTC) With the exception of the first image you showed, where Shaozu's eye color is not visible, they all point to light brown for me, no "distinct light gray eye color" at all for me, so that's what I've been saying. I apologize, however, for my wrongful indication of Shaozu's first appearance: I forgot that you could see him when they were sitting there. I was referring to the instance where they group first confronted Korra and Bolin, nearly all scenes before Naga growled at them. As a general note for the War Room and other discussion pages though, please always sign your post with ~~~~, so your signature is left for all to see who made the remark and at what time. 23:50, December 29, 2015 (UTC) They all seem to point to light brown for me as well. 01:13, December 30, 2015 (UTC) I would disagree that all of the Wolfbats and their fangirls have the same eye color. Despite minute differences in every screencap due to different lighting, it seems like Shaozu's eyes are closer to brown than they are to gray, especially in the confrontation scene. It changes so much that it's hard to pinpoint. Slaphappyjoy (wall • contribs) 06:49, December 30, 2015 (UTC) Excellent post, WS, very useful, thanks! 08:37, December 30, 2015 (UTC) Good work, WS. It appears you are correct - there is no concrete eye color for this group. Thank you! 08:45, December 30, 2015 (UTC)
