  • Almost An EPIC (AAE) is band that was formed in late 2005. Formerly The Wasians, the band was lead by Zack Robinson on lead vocals and guitar, Kyle Phillips on bass, and Ryan Richey on lead guitar. They later added their good friend Robert Mullis on drums. In 2006, they released an EP titled Mahfoom. During the summer of 2007, they changed their name to Almost An EPIC. Also at this time, they started recording a new EP, but before it was created, the computer on which the files where on crashed, and everything was lost. During the 2007-2008 school year, Zack Robinson and Kyle Phillips attended the Jazz class at the Greenville Fine Arts Center. There they met Jake Webb, who played alto saxophone in the class. After hearing him cover the Plain White T's single "Hey There Delilah" during the
