They sent him along with Bastila to find the Star Forge, which they discovered in his broken memories. However, Revan returned to the dark side when Malak revealed his former identity. Revan journeyed to the Star Forge and killed Darth Malak for stealing the mantle of Sith Lord from him. He then disappeared from known space after his memories fully returned nearly a year later. In reality, he had frozen himself in carbonite, along with his Sith army on an unknown rocky planet. However, in 15 ABY, nearly four thousand years later, he was taken out of hibernation by the Dark Jedi Jaden Korr, who was seeking the location of the legendary Star Forge.
