  • Tree Branch
rdfs:comment
  • This junk item is caught in any area where the player's Fishing skill level is too low.
  • The Tree Branch (木の枝 Ki no eda, lit. Wooden Twig) is a Sword that hails exclusively from Fire Emblem Awakening. As a joke weapon, the Tree Branch is evidently one that is not suited for combat purposes, a fact that is emphasised by its low Might. The Tree Branch is analogous to the Log, the Ladle, the Slack Bow, and the Kneader staff. The Tree Branch reappears as the Stick (小枝 Koeda) in Fire Emblem Fates, this time as a Lance.
  • Marina first discovers this item in Santa Teresa after being reunited with her chest after years (after her Cêpan Adelina had hidden it). She points it out of the window and feels a slight magnetic force but does not discover its functions. Later in India, whilst traveling through the mountains to find Number Eight, Marina pulls out the branch and discovers that it can manipulate plant life. She uses it to create a barrier of trees to stop anyone from following them. Following stones such as the Healing Stone and the Xitharis, this item may also have the same attributes as a Legacy.
  • Tree Branches are items in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. They can be found by Link in forested areas such as the Forest of Spirits in the Great Plateau or in Korok Forest in the Great Hyrule Forest region. Similar to the Deku Sticks and Boko Sticks from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, they can be used as weapons by Link and can be lit on fire to be used as makeshift Torches though will eventually burn up if they stay lit for too long like most wooden weapons.

Bokoblins can be occasionally encountered wielding them such as the Bokoblin encountered along the forested path lead from the Old Man's campfire near the Shrine of Resurrection to the Temple of Time. Unarmed Bokoblins, Moblins, and Lizalfos may also pick them up and wield them if there are no other weapons lying around. Unlike Deku and Boko Sticks, Tree Branches are classified as one-handed weapons allowing Link to wield them with shields. Tree Branch is one of the earliest weapons that Link can obtain, though due to the fact they are an improvised weapon they only have a base attack power of 2, have low durability, and burn up in volcanic areas of Death Mountain, though Tree Branches can be easily obtained as they occasionally drop when Link cuts down trees and can be used to kill minor enemies to preserve Link's stronger weapons.
