He, as Captain Quark, decides to pass the time by watching the movie, Nosy Neighbors, on his TV. He spies on his next-door neighbor, Mr. Bump, a muscular man. When he hears that Grandma Duff is gone, he notices that Mr. Bump has a box that she left behind. He starts to suspect that Mr. Bump killed her. When Elmyra goes to Mr. Bump's house to invite him to the funeral for her hamster, (which he and many others believe the funeral is for Grandma Duff), Duncan worries that Mr. Bump might kill Elmyra as well, so he sneaks into his house to save her. As it turns out, Grandma Duff is alive and well, and Mr. Bump just wanted to return the box she left behind.
