  • Tyger (2006) is a short animation created by Guilherme Marcondes.
  • TYGER is a private military contractor/security company that was hired by Professor Hugo Strange and Quincy Sharp to act as the security detail of Arkham City. However unknown to the general public, the company, and it's security forces was made of people (some of them former inmates) brainwashed and controlled by Strange himself.
  • The Tyger landed a spaceship in India in the early 20th century and took the form of tigers to blend into their environment. The Tygers were bigger than that of Earth's tigers and stood on two legs. They attacked a nearby British-occupied village and turned many of the townsfolk into Tygers. A British scout party with help by the Eighth Doctor managed to track down the last of the Tygers and kill them. (PROSE: The Eye of the Tyger)
  • A tyger is a large animal that is predominantly orange with black stripes. It is a descendant of the feline family and looks like a large cat with sharp teeth and claws. It is similar to the tiger of our level of the Tower, save the spelling of its species.

It is similar to the tiger of our level of the Tower, save the spelling of its species. The only appearance of a tyger in The Dark Tower Series is in The Wind Through the Keyhole , when Tim Ross finds Maerlyn transformed into one by "one far greater than he of the broad cloak ." Maerlyn tells Tim that he was tricked by an emissary of the Crimson King that came by his cave posing as a wandering peddler. He goes on to say that even though he was more powerful than the deceiver he fell victim because he was drunk.
