The resources taken would then be used for a variety of purposes. Its factories allowed them to actually create any from a speeder to a cruiser and launch them right from the get-go. With enough time, it can even 'reproduce', creating another World Devastator in its wake. They boasted armor far more resilient than an AT-AT's, rendering direct attacks completely useless.
