The last governor of Narrowhaven was Gumpas, followed by Lord Bern who became the new Duke. In the Voyage of the Dawn Treader film, Narrowhaven was also the place where people were sent out onto the sea, as sacrifices to the Green Mist. Bern was their prisoner for many years, though why he wasn't sacrificed is unknown, until the crew of the Dawn Treader freed the people from the slaver's reign during the Battle of Narrowhaven.
