After this time, players can continue to earn points through Prayer training, at a rate of 50 points every five minutes. The entire armour set is upgraded at once, even if only one of the pieces was activated. If a player upgrades their Sunfury armour solely through Prayer training, it will take 58 hours and 20 minutes of continuous training in total. However, only one Prayer action is required per 5 minutes, making this task much easier.
