Ilzor has pledged his allegiance to Great Emperor of the Forest Falk IX Laochalk, but he has sent all of their transcripts to Emperor of the Sefenlands Gattos Eres, something which is accidentally revealed, causing Darmurr the Yithman to be imprisoned. Ilzor is the Antlerman, a nickname for the position inherited by the leader of Bredenn. Not all Antlermen are so leal to the Sefenlands, evidenced by the Duchess Alis Sefenwest, who gave no warning to the Sefenlands that the Mother on Earth of Red Wheelhouse would be assassinated by Sir Ross Fourthwalk. Alis was remembered fondly until the 3rd Cold War when Lord Dredror Firstboat revealed the plot and that all the then Dukes were complicit in it. Ilzor, like many Bredenners, barring the rural men who keep to the Deer King instead of the Nine or the Mother Sphinx, or even the Four, is blond. He saves Rott's life when he tells Gattos Eres from quite far who the hornman is, and not to drug him, and keep him, and rape him. Darmurr arrived in Ilzor's retinue several years ago, landing in Lantonne from the Rugged Shore, and then proceeding to kill Zelses the Angry Buck, all in the name of regaining the Cat's Cut. Bredenner armor resembles that of Samraye Warriors, but with antlers attached to the helmets. Antler Isle is home to millions of pronghorns, and hundreds of thousands of moose, neither of which can be found on the mainland in significant numbers. Lantonne is ruled from the Pronghorn Palace, which contains the Angry Buck's Tower, where Darmurr rules from. Lantonne is a rainy city, surrounded by redwood forests, and full of old red, and white buildings.
