| abstract | - Venable is an alum of the University of California at Los Angeles, which he attended from 1985 through 1989. Prior to co-founding Svengali with Rocco Gioffre in April 2002, Venable was the Executive Producer of New Media at the Upper Deck trading card company and then Senior Producer of the Sports Division of EA.com, the official site of video game developer Electronic Arts. Venable has produced the visual effects for all of Svengali FX's projects. These include Van Helsing, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, Apocalypto, The Forbidden Kingdom, I Am Legend, and the upcoming Watchmen.
