But he foolishly invites SpongeBob along and he tries to make the Easter Egg Hunt even more challenging with his Easter Bunnytron Type EESTR. When the Easter Egg Hunt starts, no-one can find a single egg - until SpongeBob comes along with 3 bags full to bursting with Easter eggs! Everyone gets their own back by taking all his eggs, but unfortunately Mr. Krabs was cheap enough to make Easter eggs out of RAW CHICKEN EGGS, so everyone makes a mess of themselves. Meanwhile, Squidward plays a trick on SpongeBob for when he comes back by putting gelatin in his luxury pool.
Running Gag - At the beginning of the episode, when it's time for the Easter Egg Hunt, Patrick smothers egg yolk on his body. At the start of the Easter Egg Hunt, Patrick thinks he sees an Easter Egg and ends up rubbing thistles on him. When it's the end of the episode, and everyone's all covered in egg yolk, Patrick wipes yolk off people to smother on himself.
- Squidward goes missing and even Sandy's greatest tracking inventions can't find where he is, so can SpongeBob think of a good enough invention to track down Squidward, or will Squidward never find his way back?
Running Gag - Patrick keeps forgetting about rescuing Squidward and thinks about eating bubblegum instead.
- As a beginner-genius, SpongeBob gets a job as teacher at Bikini Bottom School. Eventually, SpongeBob starts being pranked by the students, while accidentaly one of them is Patrick, who is in the same time, thinking if SpongeBob really deserves it. In the end, SpongeBob gives a backfire, which makes Patrick think that SpongeBob really deserves it and isn't gonna be his best friend anymore at all!
Running Gag - Everytime SpongeBob turns towards the class, Patrick sneaks in and writes something rude about SpongeBob on the chalkboard. Eventually, at the end of the episode SpongeBob catches Patrick, takes the chalk and writes something REALLY horrible about himself. Quickly he changes his name on the chalkboard to Patrick's
- Plankton discovers how smart SpongeBob is, so he goes back in time so he can become smart instead of SpongeBob.

- SpongeBob opens his own science TV show and it becomes extremely popular, until Patrick comes and ruins it. SpongeBob loses his science partner because of Patrick so he chooses Squidward as his new partner! Soon, Squidward tries to escape the show, while it is still getting high ratings. Will Squidward stay or will the show's ratings plunge into Rock Bottom?

- SpongeBob makes a very tasty sweet, and it sells EVERYWHERE - in the Krusty Krab, the Snack Bar at Goo Lagoon, even the Chum Bucket. But then SpongeBob, after looking at a thrown-away sweet wrapper, realizes how much bad stuff it has! Soon, people are too sick to get out of their houses. Patrick, being one of them, is afraid of doctor too! Even Krusty Krab closes! So SpongeBob makes a sweet that makes everyone better!
Running Gag - SHORTS DOESN'T HAVE RUNNING GAGS!
- SpongeBob invents a new brand of toothpaste that cleans ANYTHING on your teeth, but the downside is that it turns everyone spongy and yellow! Can SpongeBob find the secret ingredient that turns people yellow and ban it before it is too late?
Running Gag - SpongeBob is writing notes about the ban to send to King Neptune so the toothpaste could be banned, but when he takes a bathroom break after he finishes, Patrick comes into the lab and eats the notes and SpongeBob is forced to do it again and again.
- As SpongeBob finally thinks that he's ready to pass Ms. Puff's Boating Test, he goes to pass it. Eventually, Ms. Puff starts to be interfered by Patrick and SpongeBob starts to be interfered by Flats. In the end, Patrick protects SpongeBob, after all, but then Ms. Puff is already in the hospital...
Running Gag 1 - Patrick keeps making Mrs. Puff Puff up in one way or another when SpongeBob is trying to listen to her

- SpongeBob misses his old brain, so he steals Patrick's and puts his brain in himself, what only makes him fall down. Meanwhile, the clever brain floats away to Sandy's weather generator for her treedome and makes it rain sweets and biccies! But then after eating most of the sweets the brain is too fat to move any further, and once all the sweets had been squeezed out of it, it is reunited with its owner, while Patrick's brain is left into bin. Meanwhile, Patrick is desperate for another brain, so he makes a brain out of papier mache!

- When Mr. Krabs gets the dreaded Squirrel Flu. SpongeBob must find a cure before it is too late, but is constantly interupted by Mrs. Puff.
Running Gag - Everytime Spongbob tries to make an antidote for the Squirrel Flu, the teacher slaps SpongeBob with his "F" mallet for staying off task.
- SpongeBob and Patrick try to discover what dark matter really is by going inside a black hole. The only way to get inside is to absorb all the black hole's strength. When SpongeBob and Patrick use the machine to absorb all the black hole's energy and strength, the machine's power overloads, and if the machine explodes, the whole galaxy will collapse on itself!
