Kiyozumi had plans to release a short manga adaption titled Hyouhon Shoujo ~File: Rei~, expressing desire to make it more of a tragic love story rather than the story of a perverted stalker murderer. Gackpo's character is called Rei, a young man that was raped by his step-mother (Luka). He enters a relationship with Mio (Miku) but he can't have sex with her due to the trauma left by his step-mother. Whilst making the song, Kiyozumi found out that "Hyouhon Shoujo" is a type snuff fetish, and has thus issued a warning for everyone wanting to search for the song or material related to it to be carefull. While Kiyozumi has claimed it's part of a thing called Cipher series, it is so far the only part. The sequel Violent Lover sung by VY2 is planned but has been postponed for an unknown time.
