| abstract | - Chamomile Hair Rinse Place 1 cup of fresh or dried chamomile flowers in a large jug and pour in 3 3/4 cups of boiling water. Cover with a plate and leave until cool. Wash and rinse your hair as you would usually. Strain the chamomile infusion and use as a final rinse. A chamomile rinse is a good conditioner and brings out the highlights in blonde hair.
