A Rumpo is usually parked near the northwest side of the building. There is also an armor pickup and an Uzi on the roof. In GTA Liberty City Stories, the gate opens from the outside. There is a chainsaw behind the building next to a trailer. Unlike GTA III, there are no pickups on the roof. The building was used in the mission Dead Meat to kill Giovanni Casa. The structure of the factory and Angel Pine Sawmill are very similar.

Man findet es im Stadtteil Trenton auf Portland. Zusammen mit dem Bus-Depot macht es so ziemlich den gesamten Südteil von Trenton aus und grenzt südlich an Atlantic Quays.
