* During pre-alpha stages of the game DE tried out alternative genders to Warframes, the Nyx model was originally intended to be the female variant of Excalibur however when the idea was finally scrapped the female Excalibur was given its own powers and thus turned into Nyx. During the time when Nyx was female Excalibur the helmet was not the same, instead it was very similar to the current Excalibur helmet and can be seen when obtaining the Menticide helmet.
