When the mute protagonist (Billy) accidentally witnesses The Reaper's crew filming a snuff film she is targetted by the homicial crew as well as The Reaper - who instructs the film crew that Billy is a witness and must be eliminated thus motivating the snuff film director, his thug assistant and a host of subsidiary criminals to retrieve a missing computer disc from her and dispatch her. As the film progresses more and more factions become involved, either trying to save Billy or aid The Reaper's murderous conspiracy.
