  • The US government and UN were jointly developing weapons at a secret underground laboratory. However, one of the researchers betrays them and runs away with a transparent ghost tool kit. The stolen ghost toolkit gets passed onto unknown armed forces and these special forces request Black List to destroy the secret lab by using the toolkit. In order to resolve this issue without letting the world know, UN X-File Department of Management requests the special mission team GRX of Global Risk for cooperation. The incident leads to head-to-head collision between Black List and Global Risk.

  • Laboratory is a fictional stage in Stick Ranger. Located in the Mesa series, it is a recovery point, much like Town, Village, Resort, Forget Tree, and Island, but it comes with its own unique feature. At the laboratory, one can spawn and simulate combat with any number of any enemy one has purchased book information on. This serves the sole purpose of entertainmentand training, with no gold or EXP gain, but can be used for a number of possibilities, ranging from spawning a single Green Smiley Walker to facing 42 Ice Castle Bosses at once. Another interesting feature ideally implemented into the stage would be the ability to customize traits of the enemy one is facing, such as AGI or attack strength, but it is unknown if SR's coding can support a feature like that. One could assume the Monster Box engine has precedent for monster-customizing capabilities, but implementation into Stick Ranger is farfetched. If these two ideas don't work out, it could also serve as another Resort-like shop, which sells special weapons which would otherwise be unobtainable.

As they continue to search the room, they locate several memos from InGen scientists that indicate the lab had problems with contamination and infection of the product line that was so serious they were forced to tag the dinosaurs and release them into the wild in hopes that the animals stopped getting sick. Continuing on, the three noticed several staff signs encouraging employees to help stop the spread of DX, which Malcolm assumed was the mystery disease that was plaguing InGen's dinosaurs. While walking down a glass hallway, the three notice the large room next to them appears to be a clean-sealed assembly room in pristine condition apart from a few plants growing through the floor. More surprising, Eddie notices a junction box high on the opposite wall that is lit up which indicates the facility still has power. While the adults explored the InGen facility, Arby continues to work on Thorne's computer and manages to get a login password for the network. Arby is surprised to find out that the password isn't for Thorne's systems, but for access to InGen's Site B network. Arby waited, thinking that the site was defunct and that the system just let you log on and did nothing after that. After hitting the return key, he is taken to a service list that hadn't been updated in several years. One of the options was Video Network, which showed him videos of dinosaurs. Thinking they were movies, he quickly moved through the videos until he stopped on one that showed the trailers parked outside the building while another showed Eddie, Thorne and Malcolm getting into the Explorer and driving around to the back of the building. A shocked Arby then realized that the videos were all real.

Many years after the planet's machine race abandoned it, the Space Pirates took over the lab while establishing operations on the planet, and repurposed it as a facility to artificially breed Metroids. It had a Self-Destruct System within its innermost section, which would obliterate the base. In Metroid Prime: Federation Force, M17: Infestation, the Federation Force infiltrates the facility in order to activate the self-destruct system, and then escape. Their hope is that the explosion will destroy all Metroids, research and Space Pirates within. General Alex Miles asks the Force to recover Metroid Eggs if they can, for the Federation's own research purposes (and for a bonus objective). The facility is well-guarded by Space Pirates. Before the self-destruct device is activated, Metroids can be found in stasis tanks, sometimes already frozen. They are able to be released and killed, although this requires Ice Blasts if they were not already frozen. The Laboratory contains a cryogenic chamber for the purpose of storing Metroids in a subzero temperature where they will not be able to attack. After the Federation Force activates the self-destruct system, all doors open and any Metroids still in stasis are released. The Force will have 400 seconds (about 6 minutes and 35 seconds) to escape. This is the point when the Force must collect Metroid Eggs if they decide to do so. However, this will render the carrier(s) unable to shoot, unless the egg is dropped. Following the mission's completion, the Galactic Federation confirms the death of all Metroids at the Laboratory site and commends the Force for their work. However, in a secret ending unlocked by completing the bonus objective, an unseen character breaks into a Federation facility and forces the egg to hatch.
