With the needles that strike the target, the user can either kill, paralyze, or vitalize the intended target. When a lightning needle penetrates the body it instantly funnels lightning chakra deep into the target's body and effects their nervous system. From here the user can immobilize the entire body or a specific body parts function by keeping the electrical signals of the brain from transferring messages between body parts thus preventing movement. The user can also immobilize the target by rewiring their brain signals, causing other body parts to move instead similar to the Body Pathway Derangement technique. As such, as there are multiple ways to paralyze the target there are several ways this technique can kill the target. The most obvious and easiest way to kill another person with this technique is by striking a vital spot that will immediately result in death if stricken. The second is by overloading the target's nervous system with lightning chakra causing it to shut down. The third and final way, also the hardest, is to strike the target right beneath the skull which will actually allow the user to completely hijack the target's body by taking full control over their brain synapses. This allows the user to issue commands to the target that they will execute regardless of their will, because their body is no longer under their control. Once the needles is removed the target does inevitably die. The final use of this technique allows the user to strike their own or an allies pressure points to vitalize their body's nervous system with lightning chakra to achieve superhuman physical capabilities. All of the user's physical feats will greatly augmented to the point that they can go head to head with five shinobi of kage level. This technique can also be recognized when its in use by noticing sparks being generated from the user's hand each time the activate a specific function of the needles.
