Revived during the Spanish Reconquista, BioHaz was seemingly destroyed by Cyan Dino Charge Ranger and Cyan AnkyloZord. But in reality, a piece of BioHaz ended up in Cyan AnkyloZord's Saurus Battery and regenerated, allowing the monster to infect the Zord over the centuries and projecting his image outside it. Though he inadvertently sabotages Joyra's scheme with Pastryke, BioHaz offers his aid to her with the Sleepy Sickness, that makes humans fall into a permanent slumber filled with sweet dreams, as her singing voice increases the Extinctioners' power. But once tricked out of Cyan AnkyloZord by Sadie, his heart broken in the process, BioHaz is destroyed by the Dino Hammer Megazord. Later revived alongside his fellow Extinctioners, BioHaz creates Trojan to aid in a scheme to destroy PlesioZord Lab. Meanwhile, as his clone works to sabotage the lab, he is then drafted by Wrand to aid in producing a large amount of Restoration Water with his Good Culture Ability to revive Emoneytion Tree. However, enlarged after fulfilling his mission, BioHaz and Trojan both cease to exist when the former is absorbed by the reawakened Emoneytion Tree.
