| Biography | - Toby Tobias, Jr. is a former NASCAR driver from Annville, PA. He competed in three Busch Series events in his career.
Tobias' debut came in the 1994 season, when he competed at Dover. Starting 40th in the field of forty-two, Tobias fell out of the event early and finished a disappointing 38th.
Things weren't much better for Tobias in his pair of 1997 races. Both races came at Dover and both featured DNQs, with a 40th place finish in the spring event and then a career-best 36th place start and 32nd place finish in the fall.
