Aside from being voiced by Jackson, Tenpenny's only claim to fame is being one of the weakest characters in the history of GameFAQs. He somehow made the field of the 2005 Villains Contest, where he was promptly destroyed by Liquid Snake in the opening round. The same Liquid Snake who went on to make a fool of himself against Sephiroth in R3. Needless to say, Tenpenny has never come within a mile of making a Contest since.
