| abstract | - Tyrus Kalbec was a male Corellian born in 57 BBY and an assassin in the Mukhabarat and a Colonel in the Honor Guard under Ryluk Shouja. He left the Mukhabarat shortly before Ryluk in search of Sara's parents, after freeing her from a corrupt diplomat. When he discovered that they were killed by the diplomat. He then officially adopted her as his own daughter and started training her to be a hitman/assassin just like him, hoping that she would continue after him. When Tyrus sent Sara to a higher academic school, he returned to the Mukhabarat where he continued his role in the Honor Guard. During his second term in the Mukhabarat, he heard of a small pirate organization that was recruiting to join the Rebel Alliance against the Empire. He decided to pursue his career there and signed up. But he was not officially recruited until after Sara returned and joined up along with him. Together, they started their adventure with the Liberators Pirate Organization. While with the Liberators, Tyrus showed his tactical expertise and saved part of Tesh's division from Imperial attack on the desert moon of Thile, in the Paryu system. When his presence was known to Tesh, he had Tyrus search and recover Chin Chaldak, who had run away. Tyrus and Sara traveled back into the system where they discovered Chin on Tatooine. They kidnapped him and returned him to Hjim, where Tesh would deal with him. Shortly after, Tyrus was assigned to an elite squad that would eventually lead to Tesh's bodyguards. The elite squad was responsible for taking down the orbital shield to allow the strike team to land on X-Nais. When the Xian conflict was over, Tyrus received a plot of land on Hjim, where he and Sara stayed until a new threat arose. A "resurrected" Zhar had returned to destroy the Vohore legacy and kill Tesh's entire family. Tyrus and Sara provided a diversion to allow Zan to escape. He remained on Hjim until his death in 89 ABY, at the age of 136.
