| abstract | - Buzz Wilson is a former NASCAR driver from Parkton, MD. He competed in five Nextel Cup Series events in his career. Wilson's debut came in 1957, when he competed at Langhorne. Starting 17th in the field of twenty-eight, Wilson completed 114 of the 150 laps and wound up with a solid 16th place finish. Wilson's final four races came in the 1958 season and it turned out to be mixed bag for the driver. He had a pair of top-ten qualifying efforts and also drove to a career-best 11th place run at Reading. But the Reading event was the only race he finished, DNFing in his other three events. During that time he was 19th at Wilson, 23rd at Manassas and then 22nd at New Oxford, his final career race.
