  • Ed Paskovich is a former NASCAR driver from Hackensack, NJ. He competed in ten Sprint Cup Series events in his career, earning one top-ten. Paskovich's debut came in 1953, when he competed at Morristown. Starting positions in the field of twenty-three are unknown, but Paskovich struggled to a 19th place finish in the race. He fared a little better in a small field at Norfolk later in the year. He finished that race 13th. Paskovich's next three starts all came during the 1954 season. It was a tough year for the driver, running at the finish for just one of the races. Even the race that he was running at the finish wasn't great - a 29th at Mechanicsburg. He crashed to 33rd at Morristown and stalled to 43rd at Langhorne. Paskovich's final five races all came during the 1955 season, when he showed 89th in points. Paskovich had a mixed year, failing to crack the top-thirty but twice after suffering through two DNFs. But the two races Paskovich ran well at turned out to be the best of his career, recording a career-best 10th place finish at Savannah and tacking on a 15th at Langhorne. He ended his career with a 40th at a late Langhorne event.
