Soon afterwards, Charity worries to Cain that something could go wrong with Sarah's operation, not realising that Debbie is sitting on the stairs listening to everything. As they row, Charity tells her that she needs to be realistic about the transplant. Debbie declares that she doesn't want her anywhere near Sarah if she's going to be negative, and Charity is thrown as she orders her to stay away. Elsewhere, Victoria is happy after having spent the night with Adam, and she is also excited about the house. Alan is shocked when Victoria suggests they should swap rooms. Also, Gennie and Nikhil struggle to support each other as Gennie is tired and Nikhil is frustrated at the chaos.
