| Synopsis | - The Time Commander has returned to plague Batman once more, using a near indestructible iron bat harness to trap the Caped Crusader, leading him to summon Green Lantern for help. The Time Commander then gets a hold of the iron bat harness and siphons the energy from Green Lantern's ring that was absorbed by it and uses it to create a device to recreate a creature named Cosmos, created by a Dr. Carruthers, but destroyed thereafter because of it's evil nature.
Time Commander then sends the creature against Batman and the Green Lantern, who are unable to defeat the creature until they locate Dr. Carruthers and snap him out of his amnesia in order to enlist his aid in destroying Cosmos once more. With the creature defeated, Batman and Green Lantern make quick work of the Time Commander and turn him over to the authorities.
