Either you stay at the entrance or move further into the bandit den until you see Axe Bandits. Axe Bandits won't attack you because they are defensive mobs. Try to party with healers and start hacking away on Blade Bandits until you have 80 Blades. This will take a long time and you might die along the way.
* Do not attack any bandits that are without weapons a.k.a Red Boss/Blue Boss
